Router setup must be performed independently. However, installing the VPN directly on a router is not recommended, as since September 2026 internet providers have upgraded their TSPU filtering systems and learned to detect VPN traffic running through routers and then block it locally.

If you choose to install the VPN on your router, you accept all associated risks. We recommend configuring selective routing on the router to reduce the chance of VPN traffic being detected.

A refund is available within 12 hours after purchase if the VPN does not work due to an issue on our side.

If certain websites or applications are unavailable while the VPN itself is working, this is not considered a valid reason for a refund.

For approved refunds, 80% of the subscription price will be refunded.

VPN availability depends on restrictions imposed by your internet provider and region. If VPN traffic or the server IP address is blocked, or if your provider uses whitelist-based internet access, stable operation cannot be guaranteed.

If the current server or protocol stops working due to external restrictions, you can replace it yourself through the bot in just a few taps — select another available AmneziaWG location if there are free slots, or switch to another, more modern VPN protocol.

Refunds are not provided in cases of blocking by Roskomnadzor (RKN) or other external restrictions.
