VPN performance depends on restrictions imposed by your internet provider and region. If VPN traffic, the server IP address, or access through allowlists is blocked, stable operation cannot be guaranteed.

If the current server or protocol stops working due to external restrictions, you can replace it yourself through the bot in just a few clicks — choose another available WireGuard location if there are free slots, or switch to another, more modern VPN protocol.

Refunds are not provided in cases of Roskomnadzor blocking or other external restrictions.
